We specialise in small business centres, start up units/offices/studio workshops. We let to small-to-medium sized businesses.

Property is based in and around the centre of Bristol, particularly, Redland, Bishopston, St Werburghs, Easton, Clifton. As a family business we know all our tenants personally and enjoy good working relationships with all of them as we manage the property ourselves.


Range of accommodation

We offer office/Studio spaces ranging from 120 sq ft to Units of 1500 sq ft. starting from a weekly rate of £50

Our portfolio also includes workshop accommodation, single garages and Yards. We do not restrict ourselves to offices.

Over the years we have built up a long list of clients which include; IT and E Commerce, Finance, Manufacturing, Graphic Design, Surveying, Holiday Magazine Production, Government Training, Charities and Sports based businesses.

Flexible Letting Terms


Most clients require flexible letting terms to begin with. We offer short term licences of six months plus a two months notice period creating a minimum period of eight months. We also offer long term leases to suit our tenants requirements.
A deposit is required with all contracts. Copies available on request.

Student Accommodation and Professional Lets

We offer a range of residential property throughout the city to include Redland, Fishponds, St Werburghs and the city centre.
Many are close to the University sites. We provide houses suitable for multiple occupation, two and three bedroom flats and bedsits for single occupancy.

Business Growth - We Buy Property


We aim to grow our portfolio to create further units of accommodation which cover the demand from small businesses. We buy property in locations where small businesses are starved of office space and good parking. We are looking to add to our portfolio and will buy property if it fits in with our current letting plan.

We encourage prospective tenants to call and ask what space we might have available as this often leads to an accommodation even though it might not be obvious from the property shown on the site at the time. Most of our business is generated through recommendation and meeting people.
