Situated behind KWIK FIT on Cheltenham Road and next to the Boston Tea Party coffee shop. The entrance is next to the MOT testing centre at the back of the Kwik Fit centre. The post code is BS6 5PT

Activities vary from the manufacture of musical instruments, product design, music production and editing, carpentry and photography. All enquiries are welcome.

All studios are ground floor with good double door access. Studios dimensions vary but the following is a good guide:
3m width x 4.5m depth x 2.5m ceiling height.
Some studios also include a storage space above the ceilings.
Fitting out, for example - sound insulation works - are allowed but no structural works are permitted.

There is a good sized kitchen with good facilities. Ladies and gents toilets are communal.
Wi-Fi – is available via an existing studio user.

Communal Space:
There is a large open space which is communal and is used for larger projects.

Studio Costs:
Business Rates, Gas, Water and Buildings Insurance are added to the weekly rate. Gas central heating is communal. All studios are separately metered for electricity.
Basic studio costs are £50 per week and £70 per month for bills. Studio prices are subject to change from time-to-time. Bills are reviewed each year. Further details on request.

All studios are occupied using a ‘licence to occupy agreement’ commencing with an initial 6 month period - followed by 2 months notice. In the first instance the occupancy is a commitment to an 8 month term. A copy of the agreement is available on request. Studios are often shared by more than one user. Further details on request.

All occupiers must obtain appropriate contents insurance and staff protection as required. Users are required to consider a risk assessment and any duty of care considerations where employees are working on site or customers are visiting site.
